When will my item ship?

Items ship in 3 to 5 business days following the stated release date.

 I only received part of my order.

Depending on what items you ordered, you may not receive them in the same package. The items you ordered may have different release dates, or do not fit in the same package. If you have not received shipping confirmation within 5 business days following a purchased item's release date, please reach out here.

I used the wrong shipping address.

If your item has not shipped yet, please reach out here with your:

  • Order number
  • Name on the order
  • Email used to order
  • New shipping address

We cannot guarantee the ability to change your shipping address. 

Customs Fees and Taxes

For international shipping, please understand that there may be additional fees for customs, duties, and/or taxes. We will package and drop your shipment off at the appropriate location, but we do not handle any additional responsibilities that may occur when your package arrives in your country.

Orders & Payment

 Can I cancel my order?

 If your item has not shipped, please reach out here with your:

  • Order number
  • Name on the order
  • Email used to order
  • Intention to cancel your order

We cannot guarantee the ability to cancel your order.

Can I change my order?

Many of our drops have limited quantities, because of this, you cannot change your order once it has been placed.

  • Picture of what you received

We are extremely sorry for the mistake, we will fix your order ASAP!

Returns/Refunds

Can I return or exchange my item?

We do not accept returns or exchanges.

My order/item was damaged in transit.

If your order/item was damaged while being shipped, please contact us here within 48 hours of receiving it including your:

  • Order number
  • Name on the order
  • Email used to order
  • Picture of your damaged item/order

If we are not contacted within 48 hours of delivery, we are unable to replace or refund your delivery.

My order was returned to sender.

If your order was marked as return to us for any reason, you will receive an email from us about how to fix the issue.

Unfortunately, our only option is to wait for us to receive the package and resend it to you.

When is my favorite creator's next drop?

All of our creator's have different drop intervals, the best way to find out when the next drop will be is to check the respective creator's social media.

I need to contact a creator or eVerse Apparel.

If you have a legitimate business inquiry, the best way to get in touch with a creator is to DM them on social media or send an email. Check the respective creator's social media accounts for ways to contact them.
